Christmas Party Highlights
Our Christmas party was full of action and excitement! We kicked things off with a thrilling air rifle and clay pigeon shooting competition – where everyone got a chance to test their aim and have some friendly competition. After that, we turned up the fun with Segway Olympics, where we put our balancing skills to the test in some hilarious and competitive events.
The day ended on a high note with a delicious dinner at Rendezvous, where we all gathered to enjoy some great food and even better company.
We had a fantastic time celebrating the holiday season with laughter, teamwork and unforgettable memories!

Our Top 5 Dental Health Tips for 2025
- Brush Twice a Day
Make sure to brush your teeth thoroughly twice a day—morning and night—using fluoride toothpaste. Don’t forget to brush your tongue too to remove bacteria! - Clean Interdentally Daily
Interdental Cleaning is essential to remove plaque and food particles that your toothbrush can’t reach. Make it a part of your daily routine to help prevent gum disease and cavities. - Visit the Dentist Regularly
Keep up with your routine dental and hygiene appointments. Regular visits to your dentist ensure that potential problems are caught early and your teeth remain in great condition. - Eat a Balanced Diet
Eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains supports strong teeth and gums. Avoid sugary snacks and drinks that can lead to tooth decay. - Drink Water
Drinking plenty of water throughout the day helps wash away food particles and bacteria. It also keeps your mouth hydrated, which is essential for overall oral health.
